Spring Cleaning . . .

So I cleaned out the cupbroads today, got rid of a lot of stuff. It made my hands drier than they already were. Since working my clincals this past week I have washed my hands so many times and it's starting to show. Today they look horrible, I have to keep applying lotion to them and it seems like they just soak right up and still look dry. My poor little hands...
